Gulf Air is a full service airline, is the flag carrier of Bahrain and is based in Bahrain Intl Airport. It operates a combination of short-haul narrowbody aircraft and long-haul wide-body aircraft, including variants of the A320 and A330, with an average fleet age of roughly 7 years. Gulf Air's frequent flier program is Falcon Flyer, and it is not a member of any current alliance. It does, however, code share with a number of other carriers, including American Airlines, KLM, EgyptAir, Philippine AIrlines, Malaysia Airlines, Royal Jordanian, Saudia and Thai Airways.
